Any architectural project will start out with an understanding what can be done for a given site and condition, but it sometimes can be helpful to get a feasibility report before starting a project or engaging an architect for the design.
We offer feasibility reports that review the existing conditions of a site and outline building and zoning code parameters for a potential development. Depending on what you are looking for we offer two types of feasibility reports as outlined below.
Quick Seattle Single Family Study
Are you looking at purchasing a single family property in Seattle and want to know what you can do with the site? We can perform a quick assessment with information publicly available and provide you with a report outlining what can be legally done.
The report will not include the precisions of a detailed feasibility study, but will provide you the general parameters of development on the site.
Detailed Single Family Feasibility Study
Any project will need to have a detailed feasibility study to understand the exact legal parameters of a development. This is will be part of any architectural design process, (see how we do it here), but a report can be handy before starting a project for some.
We will field verify the building and provide a detailed summary our findings.
