Quick Seattle Neighborhood Residential Study
Are you looking at purchasing property in Seattle within the neighborhood residential zone and want to know what you can do with the site? We can perform a quick assessment with information publicly available and provide you with a report outlining what can be legally done.
The report will not include the precisions of a detailed feasibility study, but will provide you the general parameters of development on the site.
Detailed Neighborhood Residential Feasibility Study
Any project will need to have a detailed feasibility study to understand the exact legal parameters of a development. This is will be part of any architectural design process, (see how we do it here), but a report can be handy before starting a project for some.
